Jack o’lanterns already carved -- the more, the better. We have plenty of votive candles; just make a flat spot inside.
Food to share at Saturday evening’s supper. We’ll provide a hearty soup or stew and plenty of apples, plus cider, coffee and tea.
Any alcoholic beverage you want to drink
A birthday card for Shirley (born October 27, 1938).
Layers of warm clothes, gloves, a hat, thick socks and sturdy boots or shoes, and rain gear.
Flashlights and cameras.
Percussion instruments
Thoughts about the departed whom you want to remember.
Photos of them, if you like.
A tent and cold-weather sleeping bag if sleeping outside; bedding, if inside, including a pillow, and pad for the floor.
A toothbrush and washcloth for morning (who do we think we are, your mothers?!)
Towels for the hot tub (see the picnic photo album for pictures)
